I've been focusing on increasing volume while dropping rest periods. My two favorite exercises lately have been clean/press and db snatch done for sets of 3-5 on the minute for 10 minutes. Workouts are only lasting about 30 minutes but they are killer.

Jamie that sounds killer that for sure will increase work capacity. What are you using for c/p? Sandbags, BB? What are your goals?

My workouts hardly go over 30-40 mins only on ME days do I really hit over 40 minutes.

Trying to add some lean mass right now. Had trained strength for several month before. I'm still using a lot of those same moves now but with a high volume i.e. 10 sets of 5 (CP) on the minute for 10min. LIke a said its been pretty killer and I can tell im getting stronger too. I cant wait to go back to heavy training for the next few weeks to see how the results translate. I've been using barbells and dumbells exclusively but I'm hoping to add is some bags and bells soon as well as more sled work for conditioning.

Sounds great bro! Try working them all in together having some days more lower reps higher set strength days, some days like your doing now, and some added workouts just conditioning with sleds. More like a conjugate method I guess you could say. See how that works out, so you dont have to go away from just doing one or the other.

I've also been thinking of going to full body sessions. I havent done that in a while!

Full body is great I switch it up with my guys one month will be say a Monday full body day then Wed upper and Fri lower. Then after that cycle we might just go mon/wed/fri more full body for 3 weeks and then a deload week. You can try that as well.
