I'm thinking of switching up my training to full body lifting sessions. I figure I'd go with conditioning on S/T/TH (sprint intervals, bodyweight, etc) and have my lifting days be M/W/F. Anyone training like this now? SUggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hey man make sure you are getting enough rest and recovery for this as 6 days a week can be VERY intensive on the body and can easily lead to over training.
Also I noticed you said bodyweight on s/t/th and then lifting days on m/w/f what are you doing thats bodyweight compared to your lifting days. As bodyweight training is still lifting your just using your own weight as compared to added external weight such as sandbags??
